- I am spending more time travelling and outside in nature due to the luxury of retirement. I do some mentoring on the phone and shamanic energy healing - am a Four Winds Society graduate.

- Interest in animal totems
- Do you have a special animal totem that has come to you?
- on a recent trip to the Arizona Sonoran desert I had a magical encounter with a desert hare. It sat still and engaged my gaze for a very long time, as if communicating. I’ve have been deep into bear medicine all winter and am think the hare is alerting me to change and saying “it’s time to welcome change, trust your intuition.”
