Please tell us a little bit about yourself: I am an E-RYT 200 HR yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, as well as a Level 2 Okuden Reiki Practitioner registered with IARP, with additional certifications in yoga for special populations, mind and body meditation, chair yoga, and Yin yoga. I also enjoy learning and practicing Shamanism.

What brings you to this website?: I originally saw an article which I shared on my site about water buffalo meaning, as we create bracelets and we offer water buffalo bone as one of the beadings available.

Do you have a special animal totem that has come to you?: I have 3 main animal totems, Grizzly which came to me repeatedly in dreams and through pictures and articles repeatedly in awake state, Eagle totem which has come several times in person both bald eagle and golden eagle, and Dragonfly which also comes to me and sits with me while gardening, walking, and frequently just appears in the oddest places flying along side of me. Recently I had recurring dreams of Mountain lions, Lynx, and a few others and I literally felt their breath on me in one dream as they sniffed me, and then another dream they came and surrounded me and laid down all around me relaxing it was in a jungle setting, both times the animal seemed to want to convey to me not to fear it.

What are some of your favorite Animal Totems books and resources?: Animal Spirit Guides and Earth Magic by Steven Farmeer, Seeing in the dark by Colleen Deatsman, and I have also studied online classes with Sandra Ingerman.
