Misa's Page

Please tell us a little bit about yourself: Mother, dancer, spiritual seeker. Currently I am learning to become a Death Midwife. I am a registered Occupational Therapist and worked with children for many years, but now I am being called for something else. I am drawn towards the our older generations and death. I have been a student of Pixie Lighthorse for 3 years and learned shamanic journeying, animal totems, and sacred ceremonies and rituals from her. I will start her Earth Medicine School in January.

What brings you to this website?: I would love to keep learning more about animal totems.

Do you have a special animal totem that has come to you?: Wolf and Hawk seem to be the two that I work with the most, though through Pixie's classes I've worked with Owl, Raven, Rabbit, and Snake.

What are some of your favorite Animal Totems books and resources?: I wish I had some! I look forward to recommendations.

What are some of your favorite Shamanic Journeying CD's, Musicians, and Music?: I just use an app called Journey. I hope again, to learn more.
