Please tell us a little bit about yourself: I'm for saving the planet and helping all the animals on earth, although I try to seek a balance of the physical and spiritual for that. I also have a deep love of the varieties of indigenous cultures.
What brings you to this website?: I'm interested in learning more about how to pay attention to signs, omens, and messages from animals and nature as well as learning more about totems and working with them.
Do you have a special animal totem that has come to you?: I would say it would be the tiger because I have had dreams about it frequently.
What are some of your favorite Animal Totems books and resources?: Going back through Animal-Speak for the second time on this earth journey, although I do try to consult different resources and use a little intuition.
What are some of your favorite Shamanic Journeying CD's, Musicians, and Music?: Recently I journeyed with a CD of rattling; the CD was from the Center for Shamanic Studies. However, most of the time I use nature sounds, Native flute, and pieces with delta/theta waves.
