Pockshimmo, I'm sorry that happened to you on another site. I value your input, as I do all of the members here on the Totem Talk website, equally. It matters not to me what color anyone's skin is or their ancestral heritage, so long as the communications between members remains respectful of one another's *rights* to their own perspectives on things, even if they are quite different from our own. When conversations become obviously argumentative, or deliberately provocative, and slip into personal remarks intended to insult or hurt another, then that person (or persons) will receive ONE warning. If that warning is not honored, then either one or both parties will be deleted from the group. This website is designed to be primarily a *research website*, where people can more easily locate online resource links related to the primary purpose and subject matter of the site, namely, working with our animal allies, and eventually, perhaps with trees, plants, and rock "medicines" as well. The primary focus of the site will remain focused upon the animal allies work, however, with secondary "groups" focused upon other types of "totem" information and online resources, such as the TREE TALK group that I have just begun to set up and will send out invitations to the entire membership when it is ready to receive members.  In any case, this site is designed to be a place of learning, and as such, functions best when it's membership follows certain common courtesy and uses "common sense" in their communications with others. I personally always appreciate a knowledgeable perspective being shared here, provided it is presented respectfully and is honoring of the greater good of all concerned here on the site. I don't think this is an unreasonable request as it is very difficult to learn in a disharmonious or disruptive environment.  You, and your perspectives are welcome here, as are those of others, as long as everyone remains respectful of everyone else on the site. That is essentially my bottom line as the owner of the Totem Talk website.

Thanks for your comments and your insights Pokshimmo, and I look forward to learning more from your unique perspective on the subject matter provided on this website.

Have a wonderful "long" weekend,

Sincerely, Terri
