- Please tell us a little bit about yourself
- I am a massage therapist and I am currently in an apprenticeship with a Shaman in my city. I’m creating my own spiritual practice and restructuring how I do business. I have facilitated women’s groups and I have a few clients that I give guidance and coaching sessions. It is a slower process than I would like but it definitely is my speed of awakening or remembering.
- What brings you to this website?
- I was looking for Animal Medicine for my Instagram. I like to create visual information for my followers.
- Do you have a special animal totem that has come to you?
- Yes and no, I have met my journeying animal spirit and a guide but I have not done Ceremony for my totem.
- What are some of your favorite Animal Totems books and resources?
- I’m still researching

- I like drums, Gazal, Karunesh, zen sounds, Native American flute, nature sounds
