- I have been studying animal medicine, numerology and tarot for three decades. I find all to be so helpful in navigating my life.

- Do you have a special animal totem that has come to you?
- Currently, grouse. I did not know what it was when I saw it, and it made me smile because it reminded me of my chickens. Then I saw another the next day.
