57, Vajrayana Dzogchen Buddhist. Former student (early 80's) of Anishnaabeg Medicine Master/Teacher/Scholar/ Storyteller/ Ethnobotanist Keewaydinoquay Peschel-UW Milwaukee. It was as at this time when I choose the Buddhist Path publically, over the Medicine path for my spiritual journey, primarily because I was and still am a Martial Artist
What brings you to this website?
Got my first copy of "Animal Speak" by Ted Andrews when it came out in the late 80's early 90's
Do you have a special animal totem that has come to you?
Two primary (life totems) Tiger, Raven. Nowadays Turkey Vulture and Stink Bug.
What are some of your favorite Animal Totems books and resources?
The teachings of Kee and the Annishnaabeg, & Ted Andrews Animal Speak. I tend to deal with only "recognized" verified Lineage Masters, though I'm open to instruction from all beings.
What are some of your favorite Shamanic Journeying CD's, Musicians, and Music?
R. Carlos Nakai, Riley Lee, Nawang Kechog Herbbie Mann, basically all flute, from Native American, Japanese, Indian and Tibetan artists. Space/ Ambient. Straight Ahead Jazz, Blues.
What kind of content would you like to see added to this site?
